These terms apply to the Serenity Valley Works website and, where applicable, Serenity Kitchen and More Than Measured. Product-specific terms may be added before public release.
Use of our services
You may use our website and products for lawful personal use and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for information you enter, the security of your account credentials and activity performed through your account.
Informational tools
Our products are organizational and informational tools. More Than Measured does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency services or professional medical, legal or educational advice. Serenity Kitchen does not replace professional advice concerning allergies, food safety, nutrition or medical dietary needs. Users should use appropriate professional guidance when a decision requires it.
User content
You retain responsibility for content and information you enter into our products. You must have the right to enter or share that information, including information about other household members or children under your care.
Accounts and availability
Online features may require an account and internet connection. Services may be changed, interrupted or discontinued as products are developed and maintained. Features shown on pre-launch pages may change before release.
Subscriptions and purchases
If paid subscriptions, purchases or trials are offered, the price, billing period, renewal terms and cancellation method will be shown before purchase and will also be subject to the rules of the applicable app store or payment provider.
Intellectual property
Serenity Valley Works, Serenity Kitchen, More Than Measured, their logos, site design, software and original product materials are owned by Serenity Valley Works LLC or used with permission. These terms do not transfer ownership of that material.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse our services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, use them to violate another person's rights or use them for unlawful activity.
Warranty and liability
Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that every feature will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms as our products and services change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
