This website
The Serenity Valley Works website is primarily informational. We do not currently use this website to create user accounts or collect information through web forms. If you contact us by email or through a third-party social platform, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to respond to you.
Serenity Kitchen and More Than Measured
Our apps may allow users to create accounts, save app data, synchronize information between devices or household members, and use optional online features. The information stored depends on the features a user chooses to use.
Serenity Kitchen may contain information such as recipes, meal plans, pantry and shopping information, household organization data, profile information and related app settings. More Than Measured may contain information a caregiver chooses to record about a child or household, including routines, development, communication, sleep, sensory needs, caregiver notes, appointments, activities and other support information.
How information is used
Information is used to provide the features a user requests, synchronize data where enabled, maintain accounts, provide support, protect the service and improve product operation. We do not sell personal information.
Children's information
More Than Measured is designed for use by parents, guardians and caregivers. It is not intended for children to create or manage their own accounts. Caregivers control the information they choose to enter about a child. Before public launch, this section will be updated to describe the final account, consent, retention and deletion controls used by the released service.
Third-party services
Some optional features may depend on service providers for hosting, app distribution, payments, email, analytics, artificial intelligence or other online functions. Those providers may process information needed to perform their service. The final production providers will be identified here as they are selected and enabled.
Data choices and deletion
Users will be able to request help with account or data questions through the applicable product support address. Final instructions for account deletion, exported data and retention will be published before the apps accept public accounts.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this policy as our website, apps and service providers change. The effective date at the top will show when this version took effect.
